Booking

Below are our upcoming activities, events, and skills workshops. Once your CYP is registered with NESM, you can use our online booking system to reserve a place at any of the events below. 

Please book in the name of the CYP registered. 

You can ask any questions regarding our events by contacting us. 

How it works

You will receive an automated e-mail confirming we have your booking. As some activities and events become oversubscribed, we will let you know nearer the time if you have places or if you are on the waiting list. 

As we book some events well in advance, sometimes timings may change slightly but we will send you more detailed information nearer the time of each event taking place. 

Health & Safety

Whilst we take every precaution to keep you and your family safe at our organised activities and events, we ask you to be responsible for your own and your children's safety.

Numbers

Please note only two adults per booking unless there are exceptional circumstances. 

Please request by e-mail if more than two adults are required. 

Before booking, please read the following:

Priority for bookings will be given to VI CYP. 

Unless otherwise stated, NESM will cover the cost required to attend the event. 

(VI CYP plus up to 2 adults and their siblings may attend Free of charge)

We offer our activites and events FREE OF CHARGE because of the generousity of our funders but must report on how the money is spent and the impact for our members.

Cancellation Policy (including non attendance on the day)

We will do our best to fill any spaces that are cancelled by the families, for whatever reason. However, as we are unable to receive refunds once our activities and events have been booked, we will have to implement a charge to cover the whole cost of places booked by families.
