To access our services, children and young people (CYP) can be referred by a parent/carer or a professional. If you are over 16, you can refer yourself.
All CYP wishing to access our services must meet the following criteria:
- A child or young person must be registered Severely Sight Impaired/Blind or Sight Impaired/Partially Sighted or be Registrable
- The child or young person must reside in the area covered by North East Sight Matters. (Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Co. Durham and Tees Valley)
